For a clearly identified need requiring detailed clinical consideration, measurements, equipment or adaptation advice, and more comprehensive written recommendations.

Individual sessions focused on rebuilding confidence, developing practical skills and helping you regain greater independence at home.
How pricing works: The free telephone consultation determines whether an initial or specialist assessment is most appropriate. The assessment type, scope and full cost are agreed before you book. Where more than one specialist area needs detailed assessment, a combined fixed price will be provided in advance. There is no obligation to proceed.
Travel: Local travel is included within the core service area. Any additional travel charge will be explained and agreed before booking.
How to pay
An invoice with secure bank-transfer details will be provided after your appointment. Payment is due within seven calendar days unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
The service and full cost—including any agreed travel charge—will be confirmed before the appointment. Please use the invoice reference when making payment.
